Kim Kardashian keen to keep £40m Hidden Hills mansion that’s within a block of her family
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were married for almost seven years before she filed for divorce
from the rapper.
Kim Kardashian is reportedly keen to keep the £40 million Hidden Hills mansion she shared with
Kanye West because she likes living so close to her family.
The 40-year-old and the Love Lockdown rapper, 43, bought the luxurious home in 2014 and lived there with their four children North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, one.
According to TMZ, Kim has been staying in the mansion so she will most likely be able to keep it.
Kim wants to stay in the home as she “really likes the house” and most of the Kardashian-Jenner family reside “within a block of her in the same community.”
Kanye, meanwhile, has spent a lot of time in Wyoming after buying a gigantic 9,000-acre ranch there in 2019.
The famous couple bought the mansion for £14.4 million and forked out another £14.4m on a huge renovation.
Fans know their home for the extreme minimalist design, which includes and odd-shaped bathroom sink and an all-white interior.
The house also includes cavernous hallways, two pools, and a vineyard
“We didn’t talk about decoration but a kind of philosophy about how we live now and how we will live in the future,” Alex Vervoordt told Architectural Digest of the couple’s home in March 2020.
The news comes after Kim filed for divorce from the rapper on February 19, after six years of marriage.
Kimye got married in Italy in 2014 after two years of dating.
