(NewsNation) — A former assistant for rapper Kanye West is suing him for sexual harassment, breach of contract,
and wrongful termination, according to multiple media outlets.
Rolling Stone reports West and his affiliated Yeezy companies are being sued for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional
infliction of emotional distress.
The lawsuit, first reported on by TMZ, was filed by Lauren Pisciotta, who West met while he was putting together his
fashion line in July 2021.
NewsNation has reached out to West’s representatives for comment.
In a complaint reviewed by Rolling Stone, Pisciotta said West hired her as an “executive assistant/personal assistant”
with an annual salary of $1 million, on the condition that she be available to him “24/7.”
Pisciotta had already been making $1 million a year from her OnlyFans modeling, as well as through other social
media platforms. West didn’t have an issue with the OnlyFans account until 2022, the lawsuit states, which is when
the rapper said he wanted Pisciotta to be “God-like.” However, Rolling Stone reports, after she deleted the account at
his request, Pisciotta said she received a barrage of explicit messages from West.
In addition, Pisciotta said in the lawsuit, West would tell her to deliver him a sexual enhancement “honey,” was
fixated on her boyfriends’ penis size, and sent her videos of himself having sex with a model.
When speaking with West about what was supposed to be work-related matters, Pisciotta alleged that he would masturbate while on the phone with her.
Rolling Stone writes that in the suit, Pisciotta wrote about an incident during an overnight flight to Paris, where West said he needed to talk to her, then shut the door to his room on the plane, “trapping” the two inside because the door could not be opened from the inside.
West, the suit said, then laid down on his bed while Pisciotta sat in a chair across from him. He then began to masturbate under the covers until he fell asleep, the suit said.
While Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff for multiple companies headed by West, and told she would get an additional $3 million in compensation, she was fired the next month, according to Rolling Stone.
